Our Italian technologists and local specialists work closely with dairy producers to optimize performance, strengthen product quality, and support innovation. Today, our cultures contribute to thousands of tons of dairy production across Europe and Asia.
2026 marks a landmark year: Mir Italia turns 25!
We celebrate this milestone through expansion, new markets and increased international visibility — including our first and successful participation at FI Africa, held in Egypt this June.
