International Dairy Seminar in Baku, by MIR ITALIA and MKS GROUP

MIR ITALIA, together with our strategic partner in the region, MKS Group from Togliatti, Russia, organized an international seminar on dairy products titled “LONG-TERM EXPERIENCE AND NEW TECHNOLOGIES - SUCCESS OF YOUR BUSINESS”.

 

The event took place on April 3rd and 4th, 2024, at the Radisson Hotel in Baku, Azerbaijan.

 

We had the honour of hosting around fifty industry experts, including significant dairy producers representing seven Eurasian countries. Many of them are already our clients, while others expressed interest in becoming part of our network.

 

During the seminar, MIR ITALIA and MKS technologists engaged in discussions with colleagues who represented their own dairy productions. Topics included current challenges and opportunities for innovation within our sector.

 

A highlight of the event was the tasting session, where we sampled cheeses produced by our partners using Mir Italia lactic cultures. These results were compared with Italian final products created using the same cultures. It provided a valuable opportunity to appreciate the tangible outcomes of our collaboration in the region.

 

Overall, we all learned something new and had the pleasure of meeting exceptional individuals and experts!
