Fully aware of the modern producers’ need for the bio-protection of their dairy products, through a growth control of yeasts, molds and some heterofermentative lactic bacteria, MIR ITALIA has developed a strong range of bio-protective mixes, including:
* BIOPRO C (Lactobacillus paracasei, Propionibacterium freudenrichii subsp. shermanii, Lactobacillus plantarum), that helps prevention from moulds and yeasts in fresh cheeses and fermented milk.
* BIOPRO L (Lactobacillus paracasei, Lactobacillus plantarum), that helps prevention from heterofermentative flora in semi-hard and hard cheeses.
* BIOPRO EC (Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus plantarum), that fights against heterofermentative flora in semi-hard and hard cheeses.
