MIR cultures for plant-based dairy products

We are happy to announce a new achievement from our research & development team: MIR PLB, a freeze-dried starter culture for yogurt, fermented milk and cheese derived from plant based milk (soy, nut based, cereal based).
MIR PLB is developed from specific strains of Streptococcus thermophilus and Lactobacillus bulgaricus.
Furthermore, for the prevention against heterofermentative flora in the production of plant-based dairy products, Mir Italia presents BIOPRO VLC, a very special strain of Lactobacillus rhamnosus.
