This partnership brings together two complementary areas of excellence:

  • high‑level R&D capabilities in nutritional formulation and functional blend design 

 

A shared vision: integrated, ready‑to‑use solutions 

 

The collaboration focuses on the development of turnkey functional solutions that combine lactic starter cultures and tailored micronutrient blends, accompanied by simple, reliable protocols for all sizes of producers, from micro‑dairies to medium and large‑scale operations

 

The objective is to make functional dairy accessible, scalable and technically robust, especially in regions where nutrition, affordability and ease of use are essential.

 

Application development beyond dairy:

 

Mir Italia and Nutramentis will also explore innovative concepts in non‑dairy fermented foods, leveraging the scientific and technical strengths of both companies to create new application opportunities.
